Dr. Katz is very practical, compassionate professional. I like his honest approach. He provides more than enough professional expertise but does not suggest extra, expensive procedures.

My husband and I have been going to Drs. Katz and Lloyd at the North Dekalb Veterinary Clinic since 1999. Within the last 2 years, we have also seen Dr. Bell. We cannot praise the Vets and all their staff enough. They are some of the most caring individuals you will ever encounter; our dog that passed away a little over a year and a half ago absolutely LOVED going to the clinic to see the Vets and their staff, and our new puppy absolutely loves them as well.

I agree with all the comments posted here and then some. They are all dedicated professionals who will treat you and your pets with compassion, understanding, and dignity. Whenever I can, I tell people to take their pets to North Dekalb Veterinary Clinic. I absolutely love everyone at this clinic!

I drive over 50 miles to take my boys to North DeKalb Vet Clinic. The outstanding vets and staff make it well worthwhile. The followup is incredable, better than my own physcian.

Through the good times ( all animals healthy) and the rough times (a very sick pup), everyone at N. Dekalb Vets have cared for and about us, guided us for the best care we can get, and grieved with us after a loss. These are our pet doctors and we know we can trust them with our family.

We recently visited Dr. Lloyd at NDVC; first, the vet techs were great – friendly, careful, and good with our dogs. When Dr. Lloyd examined our pups (11 yrs & 5 yrs, respectively) he did one of the most thorough exams I’ve ever seen. He checked every inch of each dog, including toes and retinas!! They had no problem giving us an estimate of costs beforehand, and the actual bill was less than quoted!! We met Dr. Katz previously and he was really great with our dogs, too. The facility is very clean and Eileen, the receptionist, is friendly and efficient. We’ve found our new home for veterinary care!

My wife Audra and I moved to Atlanta in 1994, we have had the pleasure to have Dr. Katz and the staff at North DeKalb clinic caring for our pets for the last 17 years. The staff is very kind and carrying. We had the honor to help them rescue MAX after the staff and the clinic spend hours and at considerable expense caring for him back to heath. We live 45 minutes away and its worth the drive knowing that our pets are going to get the best care.

I absolutely love these people. Dr. Lloyd is definately the cat whisperer. I have had 3 cats in 5 years that he has taken care of. He is a great doctor and my cats like him. Everyone on the staff is compasionate and willing to do whats necessary to get your baby in to the office. They even follow up to make sure everything is ok. I have never had a better kitty doctor. I have referred several friends to this practice and they are all very happy. No matter where you live in metro Atlanta, it is worth it to visit this office.

I’ve been taking my rescue Hank to North DeKalb Vet for nearly two years. A few months ago, my pup was bitten by another dog at his doggie daycare and it required surgery. I immediately called the vet and Dr. Bell and her staff made sure to see him as soon as possible. They even stayed after hours to perform surgery on my dog and called daily to check on his status. Even their reception staff helped ease me while I was sitting worried about my dog and their general interest in Hank warmed my heart. That kind of care showed me just how much they love their patients and I’m so thankful for their help when my Hank needed it most.
