N.Dekalb Vet Clinic gets 2 thumbs up from Thunder and me. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They seemed genuinely concerned for each pet and most importantly, they had affordable prices. Dr. Adkins saw Thunder, my Labrador mix and her attentive care was much appreciated. Dr. Adkins also gave us suggestions for affordable/free pet medications. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will surely recommend their services to others.

The doctors and staff are exceptional - I won't take my dogs anywhere else. They are extremely knowledgeable and have taken great care of my dogs. They are compassionate when a decision has to be made to end a dogs suffering.

I deeply appreciate North DeKalb's kindness to me and your gentle care of Bat the Cat during the year and a half I had him and the 14+ years that Ginny Johnston had him before she died. Thank you so much for the sympathy card following Bat's death. I miss him terribly, but I am grateful that he did not suffer and that your staff did not try to convince me to prolong his life once he was obviously not going to make a good recovery. I have, and will continue to, recommend you to friends.

This was our second visit to Dr. Katz (first was routine new dog visit). I was equally pleased this time, not only did he remember us but asked about the children who were not present at the time. We had no wait, were in and out and I believe Dr. Katz has better bedside manner than any people doctor I have been to!!!!!!

Dr. Katz and Dr. Bell time and time again take amazing care of both my dogs, whether it’s a routine visit or an emergency. The staff members are always kind, empathetic and efficient. Every visit, my husky walks right in the door and gives Eileen at the front desk a big kiss. I’ve never experienced a long wait before a visit. And regardless of the nature of the visit, I always receive a follow-up call to get a status check on my pups and to answer any after-the-fact questions I may have. I’ve been a pet owner in the Metro Area for 30 years now, and have found that North DeKalb is the most dependable and trust-worthy vet clinic around.

wonderful experience for our first visit - the front office staff is very friendly and knowledgable - Dr. Max was indepth and did not think any of our questions were stupid and was patient with our scared puppy.
